Dear Parents,

I am writing to inform you of some important items coming up at our school.

First, our coupon book fundraiser ends on October 6th. This is a great opportunity to support our school and get some amazing deals at local businesses. If you need more books to sell, please speak with Elysha in the office.

Second, there is no school this Friday, September 29th, in recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation (Saturday). This is a great opportunity for us to remember Canada's history of government overreach into the family and social sphere in the form of the residential schools. We as a school support our Indigenous friends and families and their right to raise their children as they see fit. Parents are the God-given authority for Children.

Third, the Hot Lunch forms went home yesterday. If you wish to participate, orders are due back by Thursday, September 28th.
