I hope you are having a wonderful week! Here is an important update for our House Tournament day. Permission slips for FBCA and Sunnybrae will be sent home yesterday. Please fill them out right away. We need them tomorrow (Thursday) for all students who will be participating in the tournament.
All students and parent volunteers will assemble in the sanctuary to be divided into their assigned travel vehicles. The tournament will include numerous outdoor house races and competitions, so please dress accordingly. Car or booster seats must be brought into the church and labelled before being put into the assigned vehicles. I have included an agenda for your reference.
Drop-off and pick-up times:
- Early drop-off time: (8:10)
- Departure time (8:30)
- Pick-up time: (3:00 as per norm)
Tournament day checklist:
1. PE T-shirts, shorts and hat
2. Water bottles
4. Change of clothes for all Kindergarten students
5. Bag lunch and snacks
6. Car seats or booster seats (labelled).
Tournament items needed:
1. Twenty Potato sacks or large pillowcases for a potato sack race
2. Two five-gallon buckets
3. Bean bags
4. Hoola hoops
