4 Steps to Apply

1. Submitting an Application

Your admissions file is opened once we receive a completed application and the $100.00 application fee. Fill out the Application Form and return it via email to Note that this form is available by clicking in the bar on the right of this page. After you have submitted your Application via email, please drop by the office at anytime weekdays, 8:30-2:00 in order to pay your $100.00 application fee. Cheques and cash are accepted.

2. Testing

Students applying for grades K-4 participate in an academic/developmental assessment. Students applying for admission to grades 5-12 are required to take an entrance exam in order to make sure that they can comfortably begin classes with us. We currently are not enrolling high school students at this time. Our hope is to begin enrolling high school students over the course of the next several years.

3. The Interview

The family or parent interview is a vital part of the admissions process. Once all paperwork and testing is complete, we meet with both parents. The interview provides a time for us to get to know one another more personally and an opportunity for you to ask questions.

4. Timing

Ideally, the process begins in the Spring of the academic year prior to the year your student hopes to attend. All paperwork, interviews and testing must be complete by the end of August. After priority admissions are complete, applications are evaluated on a continuing basis and spaces are offered as available. If an applicant and family are found to be admissible but no space is available at that time, you have the option of remaining on a wait list to be considered should a spot become available.

Many parents inquire about tuition assistance or financial aid. If you have a financial need, allow us to explore what we can do to help. Visit our Tuition Page for more information.
